I didn't manage to fast today, it was litrally, not it was impossible to get away from food at lunch...so I bought one of these bagel things with cheese, and I ate it with difficulty and pretending to look what was in the bagel like nuts [in the corn bagel itself] and what cheese etc I looked at the calories and it was 300 and 30 bloody 5 calories ( Read more... )
