Fuck.
I have been clean for so long, and today I just SH'd for no fucking reason at all. I'm genuinly in a good place mentally and just did it without thinking because I had an urge to either binge or do this and this was easier and faster... I have a flight to catch tomorrow. I'm fucked as I can't wear a hoodie because it's less hassle to go through security with a t-shirt on.
