hey guys,
I've got a question for you all. Im getting ready to start a liquid fast, and i've set my goal to 5 pounds by next tuesday, and no more then 600 cals a day while burning that and more off at the gym. These cals will be all liquid. Im not touching food. I bought some skim milk and V8 juice and of course lots of water and crystal light. I was wondering if anyone had any good sugestions of liquids that i should add to my meal plan. Any ideas would be greatly appriciated! also any ideas what the best way to come off it would be or another way to drop some unwanted weight fast? gracias
