I know!!!
It's been a while, almost a month. Sorry, I've been really busy with work(50 hours a week) and unpacking and such.
So last Friday, I was sitting at home on my computer, working on some graphic design stuff. I was sitting with my foot under my knee up on the chair. That foot fell asleep, and Dennis came to the door(I had the screen door locked because Haus knows how to get out). When I stood up to answer the door, I put all of my weight on my foot that was asleep. I made it 2 steps before I fell and twisted my ankle. It made this really loud popping noise. It's been a week, and it still hurts. Not broken though, just sprained.
Our landlords let us out of our old lease free and clear. I have a signed statement stating that we do not owe any further money. :)
I love owning my own house, even the things that go along with it like mowing a yard. I can have a party if I want, and not have to worry if the landlords will freak out. I don't have to worry about the damage my dog might do because of a security deposit(I'll kill him if he destroys something...joking).
I like being engaged. I'm ready to share my life with him, and his family. I'm ready to be a wife and mother. I feel that's something that was meant to be done with my life.
I've been contemplating a lot of things lately, and making some decisions. I need to better myself, both mentally and physically. I'm sick of feeling grotesque 90% of the time. :(
