Hello there everyone. I was looking at my stuff and realized that I have not written anything in a long time. As for new things I must say that things have been pretty cool. There hasn’t been too much exciting going on. My apartment is coming along quite nicely and its getting more and more homey by the day. I am still waiting to hear from me aunts job, although I got an update today and it seems that they want to interview me for the training position which means I will start at a higher salary and live in San Francisco until I complete training. The downfall to that is that I have to wait until May or June to start working. That sets me really far back with the savings. I hear that during training they pay for my room in the Embassy Suites (they are basically apartments), free cocktails in the afternoon. I also get free breakfast and $40 - $80 spending money for the rest of my meals. I can’t wait!!!!!
Oreo is adapting quite well to his lazy life. All he does is sleep and lay on me as much as possible. My grandmother and he have grown quite fond of each other. She swears he spoke to her the other day.
I feel kinda bad that I have not had a chance to chill with Uli, but he is over an hours drive away and I have no idea where I am going.
Money has grown a little scarce now that I am not working with my uncle anymore. I am really upset about it but I guess there is nothing much you can do when you are up against whining attention demanding grandmother, a machista stubborn and hard-headed grandfather, and an uncle that will do anything to not devastate his parents. Even though he was not giving me much it was covering all my extra expenses and giving me party money.
Speaking of partying…. My mom got married last weekend. Wow did I need a friend. That was really hard and I couldn’t help but cry. I had to be her maid of honor. That was nerve wrecking. I think the only thing that kept me sane is that I was in Vegas and definitely lived it up afterwards. After dinner and all I took off and started sightseeing. My mom decided to join me but she only held out until 12:30 (old fart). I went off on my own after that. It was fun though. I walked through every casino, got a different drink at each one, and walked into every club/bar that didn’t charge a cover. I got back to the room at about 5:30 after: 6 Cosmopolitans, 1 Amaretto Sour, 2 Vodka Tonics, 1 Blue Long Island, and One really Large Margarita. I was trashed.
I found this awesome little sports bar by my house. They are super cheap and they have pool tables. YAY I have a new place to hang out at. I was so proud of myself. This old guy decided he wanted to play against me….. hahahaha I won! That’s right bitches, bow!
Well other than that, guys, life has been pretty quiet. Same old shit with the kids. Funny little people. I need money and places to go spend it in. If I had more cash on me I would be sight seeing right now. Eeeh I guess this quiet time has allowed me to reflect a lot on myself.
