Now accident update and then I'll babble a bit about a couple other things.

Found out last night, that the situation with the accident has me very very distractable. I'm very ADD right now. Tried to watch "NCIS," only saw half of it. Only watched some of "The Mentalist" too. Poor "Leverage" got the most attempt but I know I didn't notice as much about this weeks episode as I have for the other episodes. Was that a Parker/Hardison moment I saw there towards the end. Tried to read my library book. Read a chapter. But I did manage to pay enough attention to watching the first 3 episodes of "Stargate Atlantis" season 2. Poor Ford! Poor Shep! Finally slept around 4:30am.
I spent a hour and 45 minutes on the phone today.
Called insurance.
Called Mom to update her.
Called police department at insurance company's request to ask them something.
Called Cars Towing where the truck got towed to last night. Got cost total.
Called Mom again.
Called insurance back.
Called claims department of insurance company.
Called Mom again.
Called Cars Towing again to ask about how they want to be payed.
Called Auto shop/garage to ask them to go get the truck. (We know the people at this garage.)
Went with Daddy to the tow yard to get my stuff outta the truck.
Called Auto shop again to let them know they could head out to pick up the truck because we were 5 minutes away from the tow lot.
Took pictures of crunched truck. Might put the pics up later.
Dad stopped at a couple places to put in resumes.
Came home.
BTW: We won't know if I've gotta junk the truck until the adjuster from the insurance company goes to look at the truck. I think that will happen tomorrow. So if I get online crying chances are I lost my truck. Which means I'm without a vehicle of my own til I can get a job so I can pay for it. (My truck is old enough I won't get much for it.) Course I can't really get a job without a vehicle to go look for a job let alone to go to the nonexistent job.
That will be a vicious circle won't it. Also it's looking very very likely that this will be the end result. I will cry if that happens. I love my Truck!Dean!!!!!

Started catching back up on LJ. Then POOF no LJ! WTF was that about? I was only up to 450 back from starting at 550 back. kimalis said something about LJ peoples being laid off. Maybe no LJ at some point according to rumor mongers. kimalis sent me link to a site to DL backup thing to backup LJ. I think I'm backed up now but I got nowhere to go with it.
Played with my neopet.
LJ came BACK! Caught up another 100 back. I'm 350 back now. Kinda bored with being on the computer right now.

Have I mentioned that there's a "Leverage" spot on www.fanfiction.net now? I've read a couple good ones there. killerweasel's been writing a few "Leverage" fics too! Also I think "Ten Inch Hero" is due out to DVD here in the USA sometime in February. YAY!!! Not that I might have money for that then but still MEGA awesome.
I should get my 2008 fics listed in a post for ya'll shouldn't I? Maybe get that meme up that bloodyrosered tagged me with... Maybe tomorrow if the world doesn't crash around my ears. I'll reply to comments at the very least tomorrow. My email's getting kinda crazy right now.
Have I mentioned that over the weekend I cleaned up my computer desktop. I reorganized it and put everything from 2008 into a 2008 folder. It looks much nicer...
Now I'm gonna go watch some TV. Maybe more "Stargate Atlantis". I like it.
Any "Stargate Atlantis" stuff or fic I should know about. gigglingkat I haven't checked out the link you left me in that other post yet. But if the world doesn't crash around my ears tomorrow I'll check it out when I get back online.
