I love my Dean so much!!! "Supernatural" rocks! So anyway here we go with my attempt of a review/spaz session on tonight's "Supernatural" episode.
***Silly Dean think his cell phone is going to work more than 35 years ago.. Silly boy.
***I love every single thing about Dean figuring out where he is. And him saying about Sonny and Cher, it's all just so Dean.
***April 30th 1973. 10 years, 6 months and 2 days before Mary dies. 35 years and approximately 5 months from the timeline Dean came from.
***As
strangevisitor7 out it in her review post, 'The diner scene was so reminiscent of 'Back to the Future' when Marty sits next to his dad and someone calls their last name and they both turn. Bet they did that on purpose.' I'll bet Kripke did do that on purpose!
***Oh look it's the pretty Impala! Buy the Impala John not the stupid van.
***Dean VanHalen! *Gigglefit*
***Dude I wondered if Mary might be a Hunter when she came up behind Dean like that, then she fought with him and yup sure enough Mary and her family were Hunters. I wonder what got them into Hunting though. John got into it because Mary died. Dean because John did it and Sammy because it's how he grew up then because Jess died. Bobby is a hunter because his wife got possessed. So how did the Campbells become hunters?
***Spot on with the cast of this week's guest stars. I don't really know them from anything else but Mary, John, Samuel and Deana, all did an amazing job with this story.
***"Sammy, wherever you are, Mom is a babe. And I'm going to hell, again." *gigglesnort*
***Dean beat Samuel out to that farm. Haha Father Cheney!
***Dude ten years and old Yellow eyes will come a'calling. What's with this fandom and ten years? The crossroads demon uses that time-increment too.
***John's going ask Mary to marry him. She says he's going to take her away from this life, that she doesn't want her kids growing up like this. Ohhhhhhh! *pets Dean*
***"...you two are meant to be. Hell, I'm depending on it." Ohh Dean!
***Dean tells Mary not to get out of bed no matter what she hears on November 2, 1983. Oh and Dean's one little tear escaping. Perfectly angsty there.
***Daniel Elkins and the Colt! *cracks up*
***Old Yellow Eyes certainly like to be a showboat and possess grandpappy here.
***"...demon blood makes you big and strong." Guess that explains why Sammy is so freakishly tall, right Dean?
***Dude YED killed John to force Mary into the deal. Oh OH look at Dean's face when he get there too late. *snuggles Dean*
***"...your brother is headed down a dangerous road. So stop it, or we will." DON'T you touch my Sammy! Dean needs to fix this so that Castiel doesn't have an excuse to take out Sammy himself!
***I swear I said OMG probably at least 50 times during this episode!
But I missed Jared tonight. I wonder where Ruby dragged Sam off to.
So there you go 20 tidbits about "Supernatural" #4x03. I didn't think I'd come up with anything but OMG but I did. Go me!
Jensen Ackles absolutely nailed this episode! This has definitely made my top ten favorite "Supernatural" episodes!
And since I left you 4 quotes after both the "Lazarus Rising" and "Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester" I figured I'll keep going with the quotes from season 1 here at the end of this week's review.
Tonight's quotes are brought to you from "Dead in the Water."

Andrea: (to Dean) Must be hard, with your sense of direction, never being able to find your way to a decent pick-up line.
AND
Dean: (to Lucas) So crayons are more of your thing. That's cool. Chicks dig artists.
AND
Dean: You know, Sam, we are allowed to have fun once in a while. (points to an attractive waitress) That’s fun.
AND
Dean: All right if you're goin' to be talking now, this is a very important phrase, so I want you to repeat it back to me one more time.
Lucas: Zeppelin Rules!
Dean: That's right, up high.

So now that I'm completely congested again and can't breathe good. I'm going to go watch last night's "Knight Rider" and then maybe I'll watch this "Supernatural" again. I definitely think the full "Supernatural" marathon is in order. All 63 episodes. I wish I had time to do that, but I don't. Okay off I go to get more cold medicine and maybe a second helping of dinner.
