So in addition to all the interesting things I posted about yesterday, here's a few more...
First off I've been reading strangevisitor7's Immortal!Dean-verse since late last night. It's a Highlander/Supernatural fic series, and is all manner of nifty. Especially since 30 hours ago I knew next to nothing about Highlander.
Made another new friend, pen37! Who co-writes the above story in addition to having her own Chloe and the Immortals-verse (which I haven't read yet but I plan too)...
Hmmm, I watched that A&E mini-series "The Andromeda Strain" tonight. Anyone else see it?
So I've been thinking about taking a page outta spikess's book for my summer fic writing idea. She's started doing a drabble for every Supernatural episode, I asked her last week --or something-- what she thought of me using that concept but doing it for Firefly/Serenity since it's shorter and therefore will be easier for me. Annnnd she's cool with it. So I've got an rough draft for "Serenity" (pilot not movie), I'm going to do 2 for it. 1 for the first half and another for the second half.
Would anyone here be willing to beta this one drabble/short ficlet for me? Or even the series? I'd kind like to get this first one up on Saturday. So any takers, anyone curious about my new summer idea?

EDIT--> OMG! I just found out that Burn Notice season 1 comes out to DVD on June 17th! Best Buy list price is $39.99 but Walmart's is $34.87!!!!!!!!! I gotta gotta gotta gt this when it comes out!
