DVR is mean..... Okay maybe not mean but definately not nice!

So I'm minding my own business trying to watch tonight's "Cold Case" episode which is part 1 of 2....
And the DVR fucks up on me in the middle of the climax of the episode!
I've now checked CBS.com and Hulu and Fancast and LJ and no one has it yet. Now maybe I'm wanting it to soon. But it being "Cold Case" and not something like "Heroes" or "Supernatural" I don't know when it may or may not show up online. Maybe in and hour maybe in 3 weeks...
So anyway the point of this post, I can't stay online right now. So if any of ya see it somewhere can ya let me know? I just wanna see the part I missed so that I can watch next weeks when it is on...
I shall watch for it myself as much as possible but I may miss it. Thank in advance to anyone who can help! *sends cookies and chocolate*
