OMG!!!! i am going to die!!! swim was a beast today! we swam basically all IMs ... u know ... fly, back, breast, then free! coach wanted us to work on our no frees! it was such a mo fo!!! on to better news thou ...
paige stayed the nite with me last nite! that was fun! we watched Diary of a Mad Black Woman! then we got up this morning and went and got our nails done! they look freakin hott now!!! i got a design on mine and she just got hot pink tips! then i went to aunt susie's house and she made me lunch while we watched her soap then i left for swim! after swim me and kasey went to mcdonalds and got mcflurry's ... i know they are bad for us but o well ... i dont care! but i am worn out so i am going to go lay down! talk to yall later! peace!
