Made for whedonland. I'm so pleased with how this one turned out. I think I'm starting to get the hang of these!! Though it looks different on my laptop (2 pics next to one another) vs my work comp (only 1 pic in a row)....
While Jayne and River are not a couple in Serenity there are two scenes in the movie that make me enjoy the ship all the more!! So I decided to picspam them.
Scene One:
On a shallow level, my my aren't they both pretty in this scene (and hell, the whole movie)!? Both characters are also rather badass in this scene. Jayne has his famous 'Let's Be Bad guys' moment and we start to see River's powers come into play. And I also like that Jayne has started to believe in River's instincts. When she says trouble is coming he doesn't question it. He quickly gets them out of there. Lastly, I find it interesting that River spies on Jayne and Kaylee at the end of this bit. Any Jayne/River fan would of course like that.
Scene Two:
If you don't now why as a Jayne/River shipper I love this scene, I say 'Oh come on!!' Have you seen the scene as they are both fighting? The way they are looking at one another and trying to out do one another. It's awesome!!!
