Monday.
So far it's quiet and relatively calm. I haven't felt any frustration yet. This is a welcome thing after the past few days at work. And I appreciate it.
NEARfest is this coming weekend...Riverside, Keith Emerson, Guapo, Ange, FM, Niacin...looking forward to all of those with varying degrees of interest. KBB a little less so out of sheer lack of knowledge. Ozric Tentacles very little at all.. Seeing people will be very nice indeed. Hopefully lots of photos...being in the fourth row will be a pleasure, I think. I have off Friday, so I'll be getting things ready for Mark and Jim from Ohio who are staying with us.
Very warm here today...humid more so I guess. Last night sleep was sketchy at best, and fitful when it came.
Listening to CDs I have to review...I've had 9 posted so far, and I hope to get another half dozen out by tomorrow. This isn't hard work...listen to a CD on repeat for 3 hours, rinse and repeat. I've found some neat stuff, and some not as neat stuff. But it's fun to be doing this again, and have the luxury to stretch out with the reviews.
Still haven't watched the last three episodes of Doctor Who yet. Some neat news on upcoming DVD releases though...The Sontaran Experiment as a lower cost more basic release, The Invasion with two lost episodes animated for inclusion, and the box set being The Return of the Master with the final two Tom Baker stories and the first Davison story. I just hope my interest comes back soon...
