cross you fingers, damnit!
Abby and i will find out tuesday if we get this apt. It's in riverdale which has anything and everything i could ever ever ever ever ever want. It has a huge public park, fast food (ew but i was excited bc riverdale had the largest mcdonalds playplace in all of nyc, maybe i'll play in it with kids i nanny?? or something) The public park has a public swimming pool (something i never thought id get to do in nyc) apt is 1 block from the train i need to take to get to my internship, theres a target, loehmans, staples, rites aid, radio shack, brand new stop n shop, about 800 chinese, pizza, bagel, japanese takeout places. Theres a little coffee shop, a diner, a laundromat ACROSS THE STREET, a zoo withing a mile or two, a botanical garden 2 miles away, the most amazing produce market tore called gourmet garden, i stopped it was fabulous most amazing perfect grocery store ever (mostly deli stuff, cheeses, dairy stuff, fresh fruits n veggies, every kind of vegetation u can imagine, ever.)Theres an pet specialty store and an animal hospital a few blocks away
The apt has a courtyard, i can get and lock up a bike in if i want (should i work so little that i have time to ride a bike, haha) basically everything abby n i could want and more. and tho the apt is small, it has the right layout and space for us to fit everything. and the closets are amazingggg!
i'm so excited. and on top of everything, our broker loved my sketches. lol
