Okay, 3x0 is an awesome win. Still, what a boring team to watch. I think Brazil is the team with most passes to the goalkeeper of the 24 that started in the Cup. It's like they forgot how to go forward, and rely on bouts of inspiration to score. Even Parreira complained that there's no connection between forwards and backs. The team played a little better today than it did in the first two games of the first phase, and they got the job done. Maybe the problem is our own expectations, but I think they can, and they should, play better than this.
The ref, going with the theme of this Cup, made some awful mistakes. Adriano's irregular goal compensated for the penalty the ref didn't see, and the red card for that guy was kinda unfair, I think.
And France, huh? '98 all over again, this time with a better result, I hope. Time to get back at Zidane!
