Some of the I2s might be a little odd -- basically, we based it not on touches but on ratio of touches to answers/screened answers, because we had a lot of people who had legacy courtesy I2s. If we screwed up and deprivved anyone who works regularly in Web only by leaving ICs, please contact us (rah@lj / markf@danga)
