Gallons of good things
Sunday 13th:
1. I got to speak to my brother properly for the first time since new year and he's doing SO well. His 'meaningful piece' is being put into his uni's hall of fame, and some of the final year students have asked him to be director of photography on their projects. I am so proud.
2. Liu is so gorgeous and has such an expressive face
3. Rewatching the first season of Homeland as Griff hasn't seen it - still as good even though I know what's coming!
Monday 14th:
1. Had a lovely dinner with Dan
2. Got invited to a friend's wedding later in the year
3. Enjoying my homemade lemon lime and poppy seed cake :)
Tuesday 15th:
1. I didn't have to stay as late at work as I thought I might
2. Love a good game of Scrabble :)
3. Hiromi writes beautiful music
Wednesday 16th:
1. I didn't make it to gymnastics, but I made myself do an hour's workout at home instead
2. The cinematography in Africa is amazing
3. Yay for baby elephants
Thursday 17th:
1. Got a lift most of the way home
2. Making progress on one of my projects at work
3. Really enjoying my book about London
Friday 18th:
1. Got to leave work half an hour early
2. New 8 out 10 Cats :)
3. All may not be lost on the driving front (though this is currently both a good and bad thing)
Saturday 19th:
1. I picked up my Audrey Kawasaki print and took it to the framers - border and frame are chosen and I am SO excited. I didn't think it was possibly to be better than I thought it would be, but it is and I love it. I also got to introduce the framer to a new artist as they hadn't seen her work before, and they thought it was stunning.
2. Bought two new tops
3. Looking forward to dinner with Kay later :)
