This is one of those pieces where it doesn't really have a beginning-middle-end-type plot, but it's nice to just trundle along with the characters nevertheless. It's angsty, sweet and reaches down beyond the surface, and I enjoyed reading it!

I totally agree with Ces. This is definitely one those stories where you just go with the flow . I love reading it as well :) Oh that kid on his shoulders reminded me of that video I posted a few weeks ago. I think that was from the time he was touring with his band in Australia.

Thank you for this picker-upper Katie, I was kinda feeling down after I found out that they were not nominated for an Mtv Movie Award, but this reallly helped me improve my mood.

The beginning is taken off the video, since I didn't know the where or when of it, I just did whatever I wanted with it. :D

Yay! Although, boo about the MTV Awards. I can't believe they picked the kiss from Little Man -- is that supposed to be a joke??

I didn't even watch the other movies. I figured if they're gonna nominate a tandem then it would be Keandra since they'd rather invite big stars than crappy ones (ie Little Man). I guess just thinking about who they would've been competing with makes me happy now that the weren't nominated.

This sounds so true. I can imagine their awkwardness, somehow especially Sandy's. And I love that last line...I've been thinking about where I heard that... Lucy says in While You Were Sleeping?
