I am a mixed drink kind of girl. My favorites in order are:

1. White Russian
2. Mojito
3. Long Island Iced Tea
4. Mint Julip
5. Screwdriver
6. Mimosa - but only because I get a headache from champagne.

I don't like the taste of most beer unless it's girly stupid beer, and I erm. Had something of an adventure involving red wine and several blackouts and a three day hangover, so now I can only drink white. >_>

Also never mention the word 'tequila' to me again.

I'm mostly a beer and wine girl. I oscillate between red and white. I like mixed drinks, too, but I tend to have those when I'm out. I like stuff I can just open and pour at home. But I do make the occasional appletini at home. That's probably my favorite mixed drink. I've never had a White Russian, though I always meant to try.

WHITE RUSSIANS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

I first discovered them when trying to survive a snooty wedding. They had an open bar. Needless to say, 4 White Russians later I was having a fabulous time, though I think the bride was thoroughly pissed at me. Apparently I ruined her wedding photos by being obviously shitfaced and catching the bouquet.

She refused to come to my wedding in retaliation. <-oh noes.
