Clubs and the HMHVV
Well I managed to get the subvocals for everyone and we got the ammo that I would require. I talked to Blix about what we're going to be doing for some nuyen. The most promising of the runs seemed to be catching the Vamp and making sure he was dead.
HMHVV was contracted by a girl at Dante's recently the good news is the body count wasn't as high as it could have been. The bad news was that the Vampire who was responsible for her change was unregistered. Which means there is a rogue Vampire running on the loose. Rogue... Definately something I have to kill. I had to go to that Club and get the info. Ironically Hoggle was actually useful for something which means he gets to live a bit longer considering he hasn't gotten us another gig set up recently. The club was rather interesting... I managed to get down to the 4th level which was pretty good considering but I doubt I could have managed to make it any lower. The gnome did the best out of us all for sheer audacity. I was impressed, not bad for a short little thief. The kid... Well his costume was interesting but it didn't really help his situation all that much. At the very least though he managed to get me to grin... I met a middle management young man and someone whose a University student... Did not give out phone number did however give out information on my gigs. Who knows maybe some more Black Scorpions fans will be there.
The most intriguing action of the evening was Elwen, I am not quite sure what she was up to but I have a recording of her little exploit in both the music background I have a few things to show Jory whenever she comes out of her room. We ended up leaving with very little to go on. I really would like to track down that girls friends. Though the information we have on her is not really a lot to go on.
The Shadowfax has been full of interesting information going on. While I would like to see many things happen I will stick with staking this Vamp first. I'm going to need some serious amounts of wood. The kid has sort of started making tons of interesting things for this run. I have been considering rigging one of my drones up with a crossbow and stakes... I'll have to look into it but it might come in handy....
I did forget to contact "Driver" for my speakers... I am going to need those for this next run. There is no way in hell that I am going to face a Vampire outside of my drones. I know for a fact that I would be dead very quickly. I am not so sure it's a good idea that Elwen do it but I suspect she'll be ok, I think the Vamp would be more interested in Hoggle after all he screams "EAT ME" at every chance that goes double for those of the female persuation.
The kid has been hinting about getting more arms. Apparently he seems to think that this will require special equipment, while I do understand his feelings on the subject he's going to need to realize that we will get to it when we're ready. I am sure that everything will go according to plan on the planning side but on the actual run ancient Murphy's Law will be far more likely.
On the whole though it appears that things are going to be interesting. I do need to figure out how to rig my drones to shoot stakes... I'll figure it out later. I wonder if I can get Hallywell to shoot them as well? Good question....
Ahh well I need to get down to the machine shop and start working on some things....
