Okay I am about to tackle the user info finally and fix it up and add some new authors and whatnot. And it has come to my attention that there are quite a few people who claimed something months ago and have yet to write a single fic.
Now I know we said "take your time", but if it's been six months and all you've done is put up the prompt table? That's time enough.
So as I go through the user info, if you made a claim more than four months ago and you haven't written ANY fic, I'm going to take you off the list. If you made a claim more than four months ago and you've written fic, but just not for awhile, that's okay. As long as you have written fic, you will stay listed as an author.
Now maybe some people have forgotten about their claim, if that's true e-mail me and let me know and I will add you back on. However, if you don't write any fic within a month or so, I'm just gonna take you back off. I'm not trying to pressure people into writing, it's just if you have no intention of doing so, don't sign up. If I take you off and you do want to write fic wait until you actually have something written to ask to be let back on.
If you were unclear on the concept and don't care if I take you off, please e-mail me and let me know about that too. That way I'll know and then I won't have to wonder if you just forgot about your prompt.
As for other fic writers, if you've stopped writing or you don't want to do it anymore, that's fine, you'll still stay on the list. I'm not going to worry about that right now. If a lot of people stop writing and a lot of new people sign up, I may make two lists, one of current writers and one of writers past. But we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
So keep on writing and remember, only two and a half months till new episodes! That's shorter than the hiatus.
