So after four hours, I have 24 rolls of kimbop (think Korean version of maki or if you don't know what maki is, think California rolls, but with different stuff in them) all nice and sliced and put into their respective containers.
Oy.
Big thank you to Tina, or it would have taken longer.
(And it's not four hours of rolling, it took a long time to slice the ingredients, make the egg pancake slices, prep and cook the beef, etc.)
Off to bed and then tasty, tasty work potluck tomorrow! ^^

Side note: Oddly, my hips and ass don't hurt from the two hour bellydance session, the backs of my legs do. I was woken up by a killer leg cramp this morning (I miss sleeping next to someone, because trying to massage your own calf while slowly stretching it out is hard, esp. with the sleep and pain fog) and once my calf pain died down (about mid-morning), I could suddenly feel the pain in the rest of my legs. Ugh. I hope I don't cramp up again tonight.
