If any of you are familiar with company fridges, either in concept or in practice, then you know how scary they can be. I tossed all the old stuff and then actually cleaned all the shelves and drawers, including the pool of congealed flan syrup that was at the very bottom. That took half a roll of paper towels. **shudders**
