Of course it's being hinted at that the Order had something to do with the Ministry official disappearing since there was no Dark Mark. It looks like the ministry is trying to make us out to be the bad guys. I think anyone who is a known member to the Ministry should perhaps lay low in case they suddenly get an urge to question people.
