MOVING FORWARD
Yiipppe, August is ending!
Alright, I'm not too sure how excited I am about this, but it's gonna be my L A S T month's end and I'm just so relived.
In the first place, I have never understood why the need to get everyone damn person in the co. to be involved in this whole month's end shit.
Ending your work day at 1am is no fun, especially if you still have to go back for more work the next day.
Actually, I'm quite apprehensive about the move.
It's like.. I gotta start knowing people all over again, getting accustomed to a whole new envrionment and of course, adapting to a MAJOR culture change.
Ok, let's just pray everything will be good.
I CAN DO IT!!!
The last day will also be my 2nd year and 2nd day in the co.
I can't be thankful enough to my colleagues (those in my clique I mean).
Our endless gossips and (very loud) laughter during lunch/ la-kopi sessions.
(Seriously, having two hrs lunch break is amazing.)
I will never forget how we conquer those tough deals and tedious closing during month's end,
How we've helped each other along the way because we had all started new in this industry together,
How we always create silly jokes about blending and our oil going off-specs,
How we have made wonderful plans together.
Oh well, and the list goes on..
and truthfully speaking, they were the only factor holding me back while I was making this decision.
Then again, we all know very well everything has to come to an end.
Moving forward is never easy, yeah?
