And because she's not human, and because she was doing some time travel before she wound up here, she wasn't wearing clothes when she got here. She asked through the crow, I said hi, she came on down and we talked for a while.

Yeah, she probably knows you were watching her. But don't get freaked out. I'm pretty sure she's not gonna hurt you. And this was just before the freeze, I don't know, I didn't have a chance to tell you. [snickers] You sound like a girl, mate. Like, "Omigod, DISH!"

She's a machine under that hot, slim little body.

She's an information archive. That's why she's called "Ark". She's part of an artificial intelligence program that, at once point, ran every computer on the world and nearly wiped out humanity from her planet. The body she's in is a model that was built to be a cyborg, so it's a metal chasis inside actual flesh. It's a Terminator model, made to kill people, but she's not a Terminator PROGRAM. So she's got the strength to snap my spine in half, break every bone in my body, and tie me into a Siamese human knot, but she doesn't have the desire to do it.

So, like I said. Just be nice, and you'll stay in one piece. [evil grin]
