OK, I know I should update more often. But I'm 13 and my english isn't the best. I mean, EVERYBODY does a english course here in Brazil but it takes time, like 10 years to talk REALLY well the language. I speak and read well in english, but in writing I'm the worst... not really, I mean, come on I'm VERY good in my english classes at school and at Britannia, my english course because I read a lot in english and stuff, but I'm definitely not good on writing for a bunch of native americans/canadians who speaks fluently english. No...
We have 2 options if we want to speak fluentely english.
1) We can do the english courses. It takes a lot of time, but you learn everything. In my age, you can actually do a exchange program and blah, but it's not like you REALLY speak english.
2) We can study at British School or at Escola Americana do Rio de Janeiro (Rio de Janeiro's American School). But HELLO?! They're only for the VERY wealth people OR immigrants and sons of diplomats. The tuition is impossible to pay, a bunch thousand dollars a month. All the GOOD schools in Brazil are private, 'cause it's a poor country and the public education it's REALLY bad. So just poor people who can't afford private school studies at public schools. The private schools can be very cheap like 200 dollars, 300 dollars. My school is 1000 dollares per month, but there are schools who charges 600 dollares. OK, i think you understand.
