so i have finished moving well that was on thursday, so i had work today...wooo staff meeting, and am starting my new/second job tomorrow...woo fantes!! im actually kind of excited about that.
I had to leave work early today to drive up to cheltenham art center to drop off my print for the color print society show...apparently i have graduated and left behind the sweet clueless golden girls for the catty unprofessional golden girls. i mean what kind of president trash talks a person she designated to do a job in front of the person who is that job! she even went on a rant about how she didnt want to give cash awards to students and that was all this persons idea...blah blah blah....i mean couldnt you save that for sometime when you are not in front of one of the recipients of those cash awards. fuck you !
COME TO MY OPENING @ THE CHELTENHAM ARTS CENTER , SUNDAY JUNE 10TH FROM 2-4!!
after that debacle i went to visit my grandmother in the hospital. I guess she is doing okay. she has a broken foot from passing out and blockage in her corrated artery (hence the passing out) well they also did an arterial scan, possible causing a TIA (basically a mini stroke) from some of the plaque breaking loose. Its strange because i was about to ask my dad ( who was also at the hospital when i got there) if she had had one, her speach was a little slurred and the left side of her mouth was droopy. also she had been given her pills and hadnt fully swallowed one. It was stuck to her lip but she didnt feel it. so on wednesday she will have the blockage in her artery cleaned out, and her foot will be booted when they get one for her (?!?!)
now i am going out for beer... damn
