the green ribbon
okay so i am trying to find this book, that i remember from when i was a kid about this girl who has a green ribbon tied around her neck, and her husband takes it off and her head falls off... i found one version of it for beginner readers but the illustrations dont look right. everything is too.. chunky? i guess is the word i would use. the one i remember is really fine line work. with a thin green ribbon. also i remember it as a book in and of itself and this one is in a compilation called The Dark Dark Room and Other Scary Stories....anyway i was wondering if anyone else remembered it and knew where i could find it?? the right one.
