Stupid online ordering
GAH!
You know i do a lot of buying online. I like the shipping rates, i like the cost. I like the fact that i do not have to wait behind a field of people who couldn't find their heads stuck in their asses.
... Now i'm angry at online retailers too.
So, on christmas eve I saw a flyer saying "boxing day sale starts on Futureshop.ca December 24th 6 pm." I thought sweet... it even has the network adapters for the 360 for like 80 dollars 50 dollar savings.
Get home from in-laws, go online, order, wait 60 minutes for "place in queue" ... site crashes, no order for Pam to bad .. ha ha ha
Give up for the night... check next morning, product is sold out, ha ha ha. I say to myself, well best buy is the same company let's try them. Product in stock HURRAY! ... at 6 am filling out all information click submit they say product will be at place earlier Jan.
So i wait. Checked yesterday. Package destination not correct product returned to sender.. WHAT? so my fault i typed in 29.. instead of 28 grrrr....
Call best buy, they tell me they will refund my credit card, but i have to re-order the product, complain about pricing they promise to match.
Go to re-order product, only able to pick up in store... call in to get credit, and i was told because i choose pick up in store i get to wait on hold. Finnally they agree to honour the price. ordered one other thing. Got email today saying product in store can go pick up but other product not available will have to re-order.
Checked the status of the other product, website says in stock... hmmm.
Get down to store (30 minute drive away)... product in, yey, almost didn't honour credit. Looked around store and what do you know... there's the other product that i wanted right there ont he shelf, you can't tell me it wasn't there this morning.
Come home package from ebay. Hurray! sister will be ple... oh wait, product not what i ordered now have to hunt down and kill ebayer for sending only 4 movies when i ordered 5.
I don't even want to get started with what chapters did to my most recent order >.<
There I've had my fill now :)
