Wow… so I have somehow managed to go a month without updating again. I really want to write a post talking about this month, for it really was interesting and worth talking about, but I have the feeling that writing such an entry would take another month and would be too long to wade through… Anyway, so I began an entry about Sochi and I’ll leave

I really want to read The Idiot. They probably have a copy at the Oakland Library--they have a large Russian collection (I want to read it in Russian...) maybe I'll do that today.

Everyone tells me not even to try to read Dostoevsky in the original. I picked up some Bulgakov and Ulitskaya in Russian and when I get back to wanting to read Russian I'll work on that :)
