It's nice to be in Tampa. A nice week "vacation from vacation" until I have to go start summer school. Been trying to relax, watch as many World Cup matches as I can before class will prevent me from seeing the majority of them. On Friday, I hung out with Sylvia and got my first taste of Coldstone in a long while. Saturday brought much fun. What began as Sylvia and me going out for dinner quickly turned into Sylvia, Josh, and Julianne watching me eat empanadas at Don Pan. We then all went and hung out at Christina's house for a bit until we decided to get a movie and watch it at my place. We never watched the movie, but instead played "Never have I ever" and went skinny-dipping. Not a drop of alcohol was consumed that night.
Yesterday I realised that Saturday was the last time in probably a good long while that I will see all those people together as a group. Most likely until at least Thanksgiving. I really wish that I could stay here in Tampa for more than ten days, but really, it doesn't matter how long I'm here because, with people in summer school, on vacation, etc., I basically just sit around the house. If so few of my friends are going to be here, I think I'd rather just not be in Tampa at all.
