How To Play: Comment on this entry and I will give you a letter. Write ten words beginning with that letter in your journal, including an explanation about what the word means to you and why, and than pass out letters to those who want to play along.
Ok, so I got the letter "N"...
Neilson: The name of the street I lived on in California.
Nena Hagens: The name of 1980s German pop singer. "99 Luftballoons" was one of the songs I listened to today on my iPod while drawing.
Natalia: The name of one of the villas at the La Pietra campus. It has a cafeteria, stupid freshmen, and the even stupider Office of Student Life.
Napoli: Capital of the Italian region of Campania. I don't have much interest in visiting it at this point; I'd rather do Southern Italy on its own.
November: The 11th month of the year. I was supposed to have been born in this month, but instead a bunch of my friends were.
New York City: The city where I go to college. A city that has carved a permanent place in my heart.
NYU: The college where I go to college; it's nice to know it's the same on both sides of the Atlantic.
Normal: Something that is not unique or different. This can be a good or a bad thing.
Nepotism: Employing one's family. I am generally in favour of it; if blood is thicker than water, then everyone should be more in tune with one another at work if they are related.
Norwegian wood: A beautiful song by The Beatles involving a sitar. When I was a kid, I used to think that the song was about how John Lennon and Yoko Ono met.
