An Explanation for your Lack of Leadership

You people seem pretty quick to defend this new excuse-for-a-principal at Sunnydale High. So I found some idle hands to research this loser for me (this is the devil's workshop... idle hands are everywhere). I'm going to tell you why this guy should be booted pronto.

Age: He's too young to command respect from the hormonal time bombs known as the student body. He'd be better off running Sunnydale Elementary. He might have more success there. And that earring? Ridiculous.

Questionable Hiring Practices: He hired a "counselor" who has no college degree, is only a few years out of high school herself, has no training or experience, and is one of the worst troublemakers ever to attend that school. Letting her counsel students is like letting Ozzy Osbourne be the marching band director. Under her influence, they'll have a horde of hoodlums and criminals.

Employee Relations: He shouldn't have any. The staff should fear him as much as the students do. They shouldn't "relate" or do any of that touchy-feely nonsense. And yet he runs off on dates with the worst delinquent possible. Unacceptable. I didn't even tolerate that kind of thing even between teachers... I knew that something might be going on between the pinhead librarian and the computer instructor, but she got herself killed before I could take action with the school board. A little too convenient if you ask me.

Lack of Control: Riots, the school almost destroyed by the students... any principal at Sunnydale High has to keep a tight rein. I bet he allows students to loiter on campus after school. It's not like most schools where you can just slide by and let it run itself. He obviously can't handle it.

This reject is ruining the future of Sunnydale. He needs to go back to school and learn how to be a real principal. He doesn't have what it takes.
