since i'm just inept at working the lj-cut (I used to use the LJ client that had the cut code in it) I'll just do this:

1. it didn't hurt to get it felt like a pinch, it actually hurt more to pee the first time than to get the piercing.
2. no it doesn't hurt when I get hard.
3. I've not used it for sex yet so I dunno if it's uncomfortable for the other person.
