Tab spotted her brother and pulled away from Luke after giving him a deep kiss and squeezing his arse. Birthdays always seemed to make her horny, and now she had a husband to permanently satisfy those needs... she really was enjoying married life.

She bounded up to Riley and threw her arms around him as she grinned up at him from under her red bangs. "Happy birthday, big bro! Fashionably late for once... that's usually my trick. How was the thingogram?"

It took Riley a few moments to realise who had accosted him, his eyes had been locked on the barman at the Scotch bottle filling his glass. He laughed at first, realising how much of a lost cause he was and then hugged Tab back. "Back at you, squirt. You having a good time?" he asked, noting how packed the bar was. Their group seemed to be growing by the second.

Tab watched her brother before a frown creased her brow. "You have deep thought face. What's wrong? Did you put your underwear on inside out again? You know the only reason anyone at school tweaked was because you had that face and kept tugging at your trousers." She was still looking at him when she nodded. "Yeah, it's been great so far. You missed Josh trying to skull a pint while keeping his cigarette in his mouth. I don't know that Emma was impressed... But she hasn't taken her eyes off him anyway. Then Harri and Aiden did this dance thing... it was like watching a musical. That boy has some secret moves on him. It's not even near the end of the night yet."

Riley looked over at Josh with a snort. "There I was warning him to keep his party tricks in his pants, too. He's lucky she hasn't slapped him and stormed off. Which is intriguing, to say the least. I haven't spoken to him about it yet, I need to, though. Even just to pull the piss." He had to laugh as the drink was finally pushed across the bar to him. "Aiden's gay. He's born with the moves. When you're half and half, you get fuck all."

He pulled the ultrasound photo out of his pocket and handed it to her, biting down on his lip and then swallowing a very large gulp of the booze.

"He obviously thinks he's won Emma over regardless, though God knows why... it's still early days, and as far as I know, he's still not getting any. So it's not like she's in it for the sex, is it? You'll have to get the gossip, and let me know." Tab was still hugging him, but shifted so he could get to his drink. "You just get all the girls and boys. Who needs dance moves when you're Oblivious Flirter Man? Evie still looks at you like she wants to eat you up..."

Tab took the photo and stared at it. To her it just looked like something from an abstract art show. "Um... yay?" she said uncertainly, trying to hedge her bets that it was a good bunch of specs and dust motes.

Riley smirked, shaking his head. "He needs to watch his steps. She's a real looker. The fact alone she is holding out is amusing. It must be driving him up the wall. And I don't know I'm doing that! I'm just me!" he protested.

His eyes dropped to the picture and proceeded to stare again, eyes glazing over. His fingers rested on the edge of the photo. "You're seeing double," he told her.

"She doesn't really strike me as the type just to run off because she could get any guy she wants," Tab replied as she sought out the drummer and paramedic in the crowd over Riley's shoulder. "She has to see something in him... And I'm genuinely surprised he hasn't started humping the furniture. I know, but that's what makes you an oblivious flirter! If you knew, you wouldn't be oblivious."

Tab frowned. "I haven't even had that much to drink. There's only one of you sitting on that stall, so I'm not seeing double."

"No, but if Josh isn't careful, she might wonder if she wants someone who doesn't hump her when he's pissed off his face. I mean, would you find it attractive if Luke skulled from the draught tap and then burped the Australian national anthem?" Riley asked and then laughed. The only time he had seen Luke drunk and dropping his inhibitions was at the bachelor party, and that was because Andrew and Lachlan were feeding him doubles without him realising.

He pressed his lips together. "Definitely seeing double," he emphasised and then pushed the photo a little closer to her eyes and pointed out the two matching prominent black spots amongst the hazy grey background. "Two," he added, sucking in a small panicked breath.

Tab looked sheepish for a moment as her gaze shifted to Luke. "Well, you're asking me the wrong question. I pretty much find just about everything he does attractive. Besides, when have I ever wanted a guy with manners coming out his arse?"

Tab stared at the photo, and pushed the photo back away before she really did start to see double from going cross-eyed. "Two? Like... two two? Two babies? It's not just like some random dot of whatever? You're having twins?" Her voice rose as a nervous flutter made its presence felt in her stomach. "TWO?!"

"Well, a sloshed Luke really doesn't have manners, so you're home free," Riley told her, smirking.

His eyes swept over the photo and he nodded once. "Yeah, two two. Two babies. Twins two. Two, like us, two." He swallowed as he voice seemed to go an octave higher. "This wasn't in the plan!"

"Should we get him sloshed tonight? Is that too evil?" Tab asked as she got a twinkle in her brown eyes.

Tab's arms tightened around her brother as she pulled him into another hug, and bounced on the spot. "TWO!!! Oh my fucking god, twins! Riley, your super sperm doubled! Fuck the plan, you get a two for one! Fuck, this is awesome!"

Riley had a devious glint in his eyes. "Better be prepared to be handled, then."

He laughed nervously. "Really? You think this will be okay? I mean, really? Okay? I don't know, I just... I saw it on the screen and thought I was going crazy, but twins. What do I know about twins?" Then he realised what came out of his mouth and laughed, nearly sloshing some of his drink down his shirt.

"Better me than more strippers," Tab said with a slight huff. Still, she tilted her head as she considered how to get her husband sloshed without him cottoning onto her evil plan.

Tab laughed loudly at his comment. "You know everything about twins. And yeah, I think it's awesome! They're basically going to be the next generation of us, so I think it's fucking cool. I get to be the world's best aunt to not one kid, but two. It'll probably be hard work, but you got enough helping hands around. Is Evie excited? Man, she's gonna get HUGE."

He rubbed his fingers across his forehead. "I'm scared and excited and really feel like getting extremely drunk right now. We haven't told anyone yet. Evie's just shocked like I am. I mean, she has to give birth twice in a row, which I don't think she has realised yet."

"Yeah, well, the nipple piercing worked out okay didn't it, beanpole? I know I'm being a bit of a bitch, but I can't help it. A nipple piercing isn't feeling up strippers," Tab replied as she tried not to get a petulant tone about it. She was supposed to be past this crap.

"You're not the one that's pregnant, so I think you're allowed to get extremely drunk. You just told me... am I keeping my mouth shut? Which I can do since you're my brother, and I'm good at keeping your secrets." Tab made a face as she shuddered. "Oh shit, I didn't think about that either... Ow. Like, seriously... ow."

"They were feeling him up," Riley clarified with a point.

Riley chewed on his lip. "I don't know. We didn't talk about that. We didn't talk a whole lot after it. We were both just dazed. I don't think we can not tell, though. If I get drunk, I'll probably end up stealing the microphone and telling it to anyone who listens, and hopefully no other secrets that should be private. I don't think it's quite sunk in yet."
