Luke half-heartedly trailed his spoon through his Froot Loops and bunched all the soggy green loops into one corner. He sighed a little and then turned the spoon over to shift the few yellow ones to the opposite side of the bowl. He picked up his cell phone and glanced at the screen, checking for any messages and then pushed it away when there was none. Tab sat beside him, hooking into her Lucky Charms and up the hall, Luke could hear Riley and Evie making general getting-ready-for-work noises.
He scooped up a spoonful of milk and slopped it back into the bowl. "We've gotta go see that place near the hospital this afternoon. It's finally cleaned up enough for viewings."
