Tab woke up with a huge smile on her face as she stretched her arms out above her head. Luke was still sleeping next to her, and after she'd finished stretching she picked up his arm and pulled it across her body as she rolled onto her side and wriggled back against him so they were spooning.
Not only had she and Lachlan won the Karaoke comp, Lachlan had done something amazing and given her his half of the prize money. She still couldn't quite wrap her head around it, both cheques staring at her from the place on the bedside table. "Holy fuck," she murmured.
Her moment of stillness ended as she once again turned around to face Luke and watched him sleep. She brought her face close to his, and kissed him softly as her arm slid over his torso. "You awake yet, smexy?"
