Next stop, Fat City.

First and foremost, this needs to be said...
ONLY 14 DAYS UNTIL DISNEY WORLD!!!
That's right...2 weeks from today, I will be at EPCOT with all my buds, where it is WARM and we will probably just be settling in to watch Illuminations (which, by the way, I AM going to watch, even though I will be very scared!). Ahhh, I can't wait...

The time between now and then is going to fly right by...Friday, visiting BU, working a ton this weekend, then we have school Monday, field trip Tuesday, half days Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, working a ton next weekend and into Monday and Tuesday, then...DISNEY WORLD!!! :) Huuuuge smiley face. I can't wait.

Ahhh yes, in other news: Waltham: Grand Champions, Best Pit (yeahhh Pit!! The judges LOVED them), Best Vocals, Best Show, and 2 judges awards (Dan Farrell). Amazing night, couldn't have asked for a better last-show-choir-competition-ever. It just felt like EVERYTHING came together...listen to the recording, if you wish (www.tigertunes.org). Parts of it give me chills, cuz it's just so cool to hear all the stuff you worked sooo hard on finally happen...dynamics, diction, etc. Loved every minute of it.

Also, in case you didn't get it from my last over-excited entry...I'm going to BU. :) Yayyyy!!! I got a scholarship the other day too, The Mark Bavis Leadership Foundation Scholarship.

So all in all, I would say things are going wonderful in the world of Hayley, and there's tons to look forward to in the next couple weeks...starting my new job (yay discount!), DISNEY, NYC with Drama Club for sightseeing and RENT, the prom, rafting, graduation party...yes, believe it or not, all that stuff is coming up in the next few weeks. It's weird, all those things are things I've been looking forward to for sooo long and they've seemed so far off and now they're coming up...it's awesome and scary at the same time.

P.S., Senior Assassins is the most fun game ever. Me, Matt, and Terrence drove around for 5 hours yesterday and it was a BLAST (code names and all).

Oooo had SERSAC today...ok, absolutely hilarious...at the entrance to Wareham High, there is this poster, and it says something about "The Road to a Positive Attitude." And the big picture on it is a map with all these lines leading to a star that says "Positive Attitude." And all along the map are words like, "Admiration," "Kindness," and..."Fat City." WHATTT?!?! FAT CITY? It's all these nice, positive words, and...Fat City. Why??! Ok, it's probably not nearly as funny right now, but seriously?? Wicked funny. Sooo random. Our last meeting is next month and I reallllly want to steal the sign. But I won't, cuz I'm a good kid. Maybe I'll just take a picture so all of you can share in the funny-ness.
