Money rar
Okay, so last Semester when I asked for work at the Language Lab, I got the impression that I would get a spot. When I got back to campus I got an e-mail from the Secretary about an interview, which I did. Apparently 25 people applied to work there, for fewer spots. I was still optimistic that I would get it, but no. I just got an E-mail and I don't. Which is sucky because I was counting on it for a work study job and stopped working in Commons and didn't sign up for hours. I picked up an Application to work as an office assistant, but, being stupid, I didn't turn it in by the time it was due. I really do not want to work with Food if at all avoidable, but they always need people so I'll make a few last ditch efforts at other jobs. I asked in Admissions if they needed anybody and they said they'd get back to me, but I'm not optimistic about that. I figure I can go to FACS on Monday and see what's available (and maybe if they will still accept my application) and I think I will see the LSSC about possibly being a German tutor. I don't think tutoring can be my work study job, but it'll be money. Anyway, Nothing I can do about it today.
