Freedom Fighter Log 06. Findings. [Locked to DATS, backdated to the 16th]
I have just finished a recon mission with a reliable party in Neon City. We gathered information from one Otto Octavius, a man who we have suspected of foul behavior for some time. The results of the information were disturbing, to say the least, but it is something that must be looked at.
