Hmmm where to start? Things have been rather surreal lately. I graduate in exactly a month from today. How weird is that? My entire life is about to change. Everything is moving so fast, I am just trying to keep up lately. Tonight at the AED meeting, I got the first of my honor cords...it felt very strange, but they're pretty :) red and lavender, strange combination but it still looks nice. I still have to get my cord for Golden Key and for graduating cum laude. There are 20 days until the last day of class...20! That's it! ahhhh...forgive me for rambling and freaking out here. I know things will be fine, but none of my friends are graduating with me, so I feel like I am going through everything alone which makes it that much more overwhelming. I started doing graduation announcements this week and there is a stack of about 50 so far sitting next to me...and I still have more to do. So much to do, so little time...
So anyways, in other news...Brent and I are back together. Surprising to some I know, but we have both been working on a lot of stuff and we are getting along a lot better. The only time we have really fought is when we got lost in San Francisco on the way to the wineries one day (he took me there for my spring break hehe). Anyways, things are going well with that and we are both very excited about med school, though I will be moving farther away, but he just got a new job that could allow him to spend a lot of time in or even move to Tally, so that would be great :) I am flying to Baltimore this Saturday night to meet up with him because he will be there and wants me to ride back with him haha, kinda strange but whatever, it will be an adventure.
Moving on...what else is there? Oh yeah, not only do I graduate in a month, but that means I am also leaving for Italy in a month and I am soooooo excited about that. It will be a lot of fun I think. I will be gone for two weeks which sucks cuz Brent can't go...but oh well I'll live. When I get back I only have ten days to move...in other words, craziness will ensue haha
Oh yeah, How bout them gators?! That game was sooooo amazing. I went to dockside with some friends to watch and we had so much fun. We went to midtown afterwards...which is also apparently where everyone else went as well haha. I couldn't believe that the streets were literally packed with people. I am so glad I got to experience it before I graduated...What better way to leave this school than after being here to witness the first ever NCAA Men's Basketball National Championship? Yep, I think that will do :)
IT'S GREAT..TO BE...A FLORIDA GATOR!
