Whats up with my body??? possibly TMI
I went to the dr yesterday to try and figure out what is wrong with my body. Matt and I have been ttc since January 06 and I have been off bc since December 2005. At first I was having abnormal periods while my body was trying to get the birth control out of its system but then in like July-August I finally thought I was normal. That was not the case, I have not had a period since January so I decided to finally go to the dr. She took some blood test to try and figure out what is going on, if it is like my thyroid or if I dont have certain hormone or if my body just doesnt ovulate, whichever it may be they would give me some medicine or hormone to hopefully make my body ovulate so that I can get pregnant. Since I havent had a period since January she gave me a hormone pill that I have to take for 5 days that is suppose to make me start bleeding after the 5th day and possible get my body back on track. I am hoping that works otherwise I guess I have to wait for the test results to come back and see what is wrong with my body. Hopefully I am not just broken and I can take some kind of medication or whatever and eventually get pregnant. Right now we are like if it happens it happens and I am trying not to stress about it because it is not like it is a rush to have a baby NOW but we would like one someday...soon if it is possible. My thing right now is to try and get my body ovulating properly so that we can get pregnant.
