protesting the protest
Next week there is a city wide student walk out protesting Bush's election and Military recruting on campuses.
First of all I dislike Bush just as much as the next liberal but whining about it now is pointless because it has already happened! People need to focus their energy on stopping his policies rather than bitch and moan about the past!
Secondly I don't like hte idea of recruiters on high school campuses but these are college students! Every other buisness is allowed to recruit and advertise on campus so why the hell should the military be any different?!?!?
So I took recruiters cards and pinned them up right next to every flyer about he walk out and you better believe that next week my butt will be firmly planted in my seat and I will be sporting my army shirt and my support our troops accessories!
In America they have their right to free speech and peaceful assembly, and I have my right to protest their protest, so I guess that would be an anti-protest?
