Can't really believe I forgot to mention this. Of course, it's not related in any way to the drama of my last post, I guess that could be how.
I got nominated for the Partners in Excellence award at work. For those of you who don't know what that is, lemme give you the description they use on the Cast website. The Partners In Excellence Award is the highest honor a Cast member can receive --- a once-in-a-lifetime career achievement that creates a special focus on our heritage and traditions.
Who knows if I will end up getting it, but it is an honor to be nominated. I have seen this award go to people who I do not feel are worthy of it, but we'll see what happens.
