[For once, Rika isn't wandering around during hours of the night that would be considered strange for an eleven-year-old girl. She's out and about today, dressed comfortably in the nice winter coat she received last year along with a pair of tights and boots. In her hair is a long lace ribbon that she received from Satoko on Christmas. And if you stand near her, you might even smell the faint scent of perfume that was given to her from River.
...It seems like she's trying to dress up as nice as she can in Discedo. Could it be for Valentine's Day? At least she's in a better mood than what happened last month.
Around her arm is a bag filled with a few treats that she baked on her own. She won't be giving out too much since she had to be careful with how much ingredients she used. You may encounter her today traveling between buildings or maybe even knocking on your door:
SCENARIO A
She will be stopping by the homes of her male friends, showing up at their door to give them chocolates for Valentine's Day. Greet her?

The following people will be receiving chocolates: Federico, Gyatso, Denmark, Japan, Norway, Azrael, Seifer (...she's going to try to just drop it off for him and leave quickly, lmao), Eald'narche, Lute, Hatsuharu, Gash Bell, Marco, Leonardo, Donatello, Ace, Sanji, Luffy, Shinjiro, Tatsumi, Tetsunosuke, Cube, Gaga, Lucario, Natsuno, Yuca. If you don't want to play out the interaction, feel free to assume/handwave she dropped off a little pouch of a few sugar cookies (some halfway dipped in chocolate) and heart-shaped chocolates.

While making her way between buildings, she'll be passing through the more "safer" routes or at least the more populated areas. She may even be found indoors, walking down the hallways of some of the apartment complexes. Grab her attention?
