Change
So with moving looming in a matter of weeks. I feel a great deal of change about it. I was rather morose and sullen earlier. "Everything is changing and I feel exactly the same." Oh, boo-hoo. Poor me.
Tonight I stepped on the scale and tipped it. I'm up 20 pounds! So I went out and bought another "last" pack of cigarettes. I'm tired of feeling like crap about myself. But I'm the only one who has power to change it. Change starts tomorrow!
By the by, I caught the musical episode of Scrubs this weekend. The writers are geniuses. I loved it!
