A 66-y/o female undergoes cardiac rehab for status post coronary angioplasty, status post coronary bypass, and unstable angina.
Ok...so cardiac rehab is an S code, Post coronary angio is a V code and so is post coronary bypass. Unstable Angina is 411.1.
So I need to know the s code and v codes and i need to know if the cpt is covered by the NCD(National Coverage Determinations).
If you help me I'll bake you cookies.
I hate insurance. I can't wait until it's over! 3 more weeks.
On the plus side, Prison Break and Heroes are both on tonight. And the Wii is insanely fun...unfortunately I'm uberpoor now though. Im so lame xD
Been studying for advanced anatomy and physiology as well as pharmacology and pathophysiology. It's been going pretty well. I think I finally understand Hydrogen bonding...which is really basic chemistry...but who cares. Can't wait to start my new classes. I should start reading my clinical books too _._ so much to do...such a big book.
