(no subject)
School's been going pretty well. I'm actually starting to like some of my classes; mostly my Shakespeare class. It's actually pretty damn cool. I was so worried about taking cause I'm not and Lit major or anything, but the teacher is awesome, and doesn't make us feel stupid for not knowing exactly what's going on. It's tres cool.
In other news, Aimee, Erin, Benji and I went to see "Garden State" last night. It was REALLY good. I was slightly hesitant to go see it because it looked kind of weird, but I was pleasantly surprised. I'd definitely go see it again, and I'm pretty sure I'm buying when it comes out, depending on my financial situation. After we got back from the movies, we all went to the play ground. Erin and I were laying on the ground watching for shooting stars. I saw 2! After the shooting stars Erin and I convinced ourselves that we sat this star that was moving around. It took us 20 mins to figure out that we were both just weird and the star was not moving. We're so lame, but it gets worse. Erin and I were walking back to the dorms when we walked past Merrill Hall, which personally I always thought was haunted cause it's tres old and totally creepy. So, anyway, we were walking past it when we heard like a squeaking sound, like wheels or something. We weren't sure. Erin was like maybe it's just a janitor or something. But there were no lights on; why would there be someone cleaning in the dark? Then we saw a light go on in the very top of the stairwell, so we totally freak out. Then a janitor looks out the window and we were like,......oh. Erin just waved at him and then we left. Went to Dunkin's got some hot chocolate, then went back to the dorms.
Today, I haven't done much. Went to breakfast this morning. Then I came back here, cleaned up the room a little before I got bored with that. Then I read Shakespeare's "the two gentlemen or verona". I actually like it. I was surprised, and I understood it, which surprised me even more. I got some calculus to do, but I'm totally not in the mood right now. Maybe I'll get it done later. Dunno...
