Well they are building homes across the street! It used to be a warehouse, and an abandoned lot. Now it's going to be 14 townhomes. holy cow 14!! Oh well. I was worried about them being ugly, but it looks like they will be traditional and also more expensive than the price we paid for ours. So that is positive. I was worried they were going to be building some cheapo yucky townhomes that would make our property value go down .

They are moving fast. After they poured the slab... 5 days later they have so much of the framing done on them. It's crazy. I've been taking pics of the progress. Yes, okay my life is boring.
