argh! buying houses sucks!

here's the story so far: saw a house we loved in the village, put ours on the market, put an offer in on the house in the village which was not accepted as we hadn't sold ours, house in the village sold, ours sold, looked round more houses not in the village, found a house in Burghfield, put in an offer, offer accepted, now our buyer has pulled out!

ARGH!

people should not be allowed to mess around during buying and selling houses!
